Construction Management
HKF-GROUP offers construction management services when a client needs an advocate to act on their behalf. As construction manager we protect the client’s interests during the construction process. We use our experience to achieve the most effective cost, but also maintain the project schedule and the quality of the workmanship.
Construction Management is most often used:

Design – Build
The design‐build approach changes the traditional relationship between the architect, client and general contractor. Design‐build combines the expertise of the design and construction professionals throughout the course of the project. Our affiliation with design professionals across the United States allows us to offer a design‐build relationship that benefits both the project schedule and budget.
